RULES AND LIMITATIONS

THE LARGE DISTANCE FROM ANNUAL REVENUES

The Universal Monetary Fund EMU voluntarily limits the conversion of savings to WAT $ of each individual or institution so as not to transpose the excesses of the current system into the new system:

In 2015, the manager of a US Hedge Fund earned 550,000 times more than an Indian worker in 2017.

The director of a French CAC 40 company has won more than 1,700 times the SMIC in 2018.

1- LIMITATIONS ON REMUNERATIONS IN WAT $

These vertiginous gaps, endangering the world order,

the MFU Monetary Fund Universal proposes to limit pay in WAT$ to:

30 times the minimum wage

is

30 x 1200 = 36.000 € / month

or to

20 times the median salary

is

 20 x 1.800 = 36.000 € / month

For information Henry Ford proposed 40 times the minimum wage. Obama had proposed 20 times the median salary.

The 99% of the French who earn less than 8,500 € per month will therefore not be penalized by the WAT$.

Everyone is free to determine the share of WAT$ and currency they wish to receive in remuneration.

The 1% of people who exceed € 8,500 per month will retain the possibility of being paid the supplement in the currency of their country in the current monetary system.

2 - THE LIMITATION OF SAVING IN WAT$

With regard to savings already accumulated the exchange ceiling per individual in 2018 is set at:

4,500,000 €

This corresponds to the savings of a person who would have worked 40 years with maximum pay and who would have saved ~ 26%.

3 - FOR ESTABLISHMENTS

Always in order not to transpose the excesses of the current monetary system,

- the exchange ceiling of the accumulated cash of an institution is limited to:

20 times the average value added last 5 years.

- thereafter the monthly ceiling of exchange is fixed the amount of the monthly added value.
