OFFSHORING

Offshoring is the transfer by a company of activities, capital and jobs in areas of the world that offer it a competitive advantage by:

- lower costs ( inexpensive labor , better access to natural resources, lower taxes, less demanding social and environmental regulations);

- either a technological competence center or at least a more qualified staff;

- either better adapted infrastructure or a more attractive environment.

The progressive standardization of remuneration on the different continents should help to stop offshoring in search of cheap labor.

The relocations should even increase if we take into account the reduction of transportation costs.

At the same time, the adoption of WAT$ as remuneration will enable the populations of emerging countries to increase their purchasing power.

The increase in purchasing power and facilitate access to education and indirectly promote the reduction of birth rampant these marginalized populations .
